The refund promise
If the Pass Pack did not help you, email us within 30 days and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to prove anything.
Email dineshalatech@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Refunds are sent back to your card by Stripe, usually within a few days.
What DMV Test is
A study aid. It gives you practice questions for the US driving permit knowledge test, written in your language with the English shown underneath, so you learn the words the real test uses.
It is not the official test, and it is not affiliated with any Department of Motor Vehicles or government agency. We do not issue permits or licences. The official test is set by your state and is administered in English.
What we promise, and what we do not
- Our questions are built from official state driver handbooks, and we check them. If you find one that is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
- We cannot promise you will pass. Nobody honestly can. Practising properly makes passing far more likely; it is not a guarantee.
- States change their rules. We update the questions when they do, but always read your state's current handbook as well.
The free part
The lessons, the sign library and the 60-second check are free, and stay free. So are ten practice questions in any language, with no account and no card.
The Pass Pack
One payment of $9.99. It opens every practice question in all 19 languages and all 50 states, unlimited mock exams, and progress saved to your account.
The launch price is $9.99. It rises to $19.99 on 5 September 2026. If you buy before then you keep what you paid, and you do not pay again.
Paying on the website gives you the website. The phone apps are sold separately through the App Store and Google Play, under their rules.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the questions. They took a long time to write and translate.
- We may close an account that is being shared widely or used to copy the bank. If we do that and you have paid, we refund you.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
If something breaks
Email us and we will fix it. If we cannot, you get your money back, whether or not the 30 days have passed.
The legal minimum
DMV Test is provided as it is, for study. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything beyond what you paid us. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you.
